This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.
APMC Calculator is an offline-first application designed for APMC traders, commission agents (Adat), farmers, and businesses to generate invoices, calculate settlements, manage records, and export reports.
The app stores information entered by you, including but not limited to:
All of this information is stored locally on your device.
APMC Calculator stores data using a local SQLite database, including Buyer Invoices, Farmer Settlement Bills, Business Profile, Market Settings, Language Preference, Reports, and Backup Information.
We do not upload this data to our servers.
The application provides an optional backup feature (SQLite Database, Business Profile, Settings, Images, Logo, Signature, QR Code) stored locally on your device in your selected storage location.
You may choose to manually share or upload backup files using third-party applications such as Google Drive, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, OneDrive, or Files App. Once shared, that third-party service's privacy policy applies. We do not receive a copy of your backup.
The app allows you to export Buyer Invoice PDFs, Farmer Settlement PDFs, Excel Reports, and Yearly Reports. Exported files are saved only to your selected device storage location. We do not receive copies of exported documents.
Used for exporting PDF/Excel files, creating/restoring backups, and selecting Business Logo, Signature, or QR Code images. This permission is never used to scan unrelated personal files.
If future versions include reminder notifications or backup reminders, notification permission may be requested. You can disable notifications anytime from your device settings.
APMC Calculator uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may automatically collect limited device information (Advertising ID, Device Type, OS Version, App Interaction Data, Crash Info) according to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to personally identifiable advertising data collected by Google.

Currently, APMC Calculator does not use any analytics platform to monitor user activity. If analytics are introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Your data is stored locally on your device. However, no storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for creating backups of important business records using the backup features provided within the application.
Your data remains on your device until you delete individual records, clear application data, restore another backup, or uninstall the application. Uninstalling the app removes the local database unless you have created a backup.
The application may interact with third-party services when you choose to use them (Google AdMob, Android Share Sheet, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Email Applications, Files Application). These services operate under their own privacy policies.
APMC Calculator is intended for business and professional use. It is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your data is stored locally, you have complete control over your information. You may edit, delete, export, backup, restore, or share your data, or permanently remove your data by uninstalling the application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
