APMC Calculator is an offline business utility application designed to assist Commission Agents (Adat), Agricultural Traders, Farmers, Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), and APMC Businesses.
The application provides tools for Buyer Invoice Calculation, Farmer Settlement Calculation, PDF Invoice Generation, Business Record Management, Excel Report Generation, Business Profile Management, and Local Backup & Restore. The application is intended as a calculation and record-keeping tool only.

The application does not replace professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
The application performs calculations based on values entered by the user and market settings configured within the app. You are responsible for verifying that Commission (Adat), Levi, Hamali, Mapai, Varai, Shiika, Taxes, and Settlement Amounts are appropriate for your local market. We are not responsible for incorrect calculations resulting from incorrect user inputs or incorrectly configured settings.
APMC Calculator is an offline-first application. Your information is stored locally on your device using a SQLite database. We do not store your business data on our servers.
The application provides optional backup and restore functionality. It is your responsibility to create backups regularly, store backup files safely, and verify backups before deleting original data. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, factory reset, accidental deletion, device theft, corrupted storage, or lost backup files.
The application allows you to generate PDF Invoices, Farmer Settlement Receipts, Excel Reports, and Business Reports. You are responsible for reviewing exported documents before sharing or printing.
Any business information entered into the application (Business Name, Address, Phone Number, GST Number, PAN Number, Bank Details, Logo, Signature, UPI QR Code) is managed entirely by you. You are responsible for ensuring its accuracy.
The application may interact with third-party services only when you choose to use them (Google AdMob, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Telegram, Email Applications, Android Share Sheet, Files Application). These services are governed by their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The free version of the application may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisement content is managed by Google. We do not control the advertisements displayed.
The application, including Source Code, UI Design, Graphics, Icons, Logos, Branding, Layout, Documentation, and Features, is the intellectual property of Rathi Apps unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or republish any part of the application without prior written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for lawful personal or business purposes. This license does not grant ownership of the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rathi Apps shall not be liable for loss of business, loss of profits, incorrect invoices, accounting mistakes, tax disputes, data loss, device damage, software incompatibility, or indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.
While we strive to maintain compatibility with supported devices, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all Android devices or future operating system versions.
We may release updates that improve performance, fix bugs, add features, improve security, or support new Android versions. Some updates may modify or replace existing functionality.
We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify the application or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for information regarding how your data is stored and handled.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be available within the application and will include the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
